PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze how a crystal grain varies with the passage of time via an inclusion more easily and accurately than the conventional art. SOLUTION: In a line change processing section 119, when the line whose both end points are two mutually adjacent grain boundary points on the same grain boundary of the crystal grain passes in an inhibitor set by an inhibitor setting section 118, a fixed point is generated in the inhibitor. A grain boundary energy E calculation section 121 calculates the grain boundary energy Ei in the grain boundary to which the fixed point belongs and the grain boundary energy Ei' in the grain boundary when the fixed point is moved from a fixed position to an equilibrium position. Then, a fixed point processing section 120, when the grain boundary energy Ei' is smaller than the grain boundary energy Ei, performs processing of releasing the fixed point, and allows simulation of the state that the grain boundary movement of the crystal grain is suppressed by the inhibitor.
