PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber back-filling material allowing a worker to achieve back-filling work simply irrespective of site on the land or sea and reinforcing an existing sheet pile wall simply. SOLUTION: This rubber back-filling material 10 formed by a hollow member 11 and a rubber member 12 is provided between the sheet pile wall being a wall member to be reinforced and an H-steel 3 of a newly installed pile being a reinforcing member, and the inside of the rubber back-filling material 10 is filled with a filler 13 formed by nonshrinkage mortar to support load between the wall member to be reinforced and the reinforcing member by protruding the rubber member 12 onto an opening part side for reinforcement. Consequently, the direction of inflation of the rubber member 12 can be regulated by arranging the hollow member 11 between the wall member to be reinforced and the reinforcing member, and the back-filling work can be simply achieved by merely pouring the filler 13 into the inside of the rubber back-filling material while installing the rubber back-filling materials one by one.
