PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device for a wheel capable of excellently restraining an inclination of a sliding surface of an outer peripheral side part, by relieving deformation by the thermal expansion of a brake rotor. SOLUTION: This rolling bearing device has an inner ring member 10 installed in a car body side member, an outer ring member 30 having integrally a flange 34 for installing the brake rotor 40 on one side surface 34a, and rolling bodies 25 and 26 arranged between both members 10 and 30 of an outer ring among these. An installation part 42 of the brake rotor 40 is installed by a bolt 50 in a state of being pressed to the one side surface 34a of the flange 34 by elastic members 61 and 62, to thereby allow displacement in the axial direction of the bolt 50 of the installation part 42 of the brake rotor 40. In the bolt 50, a base shaft part 56 of a large diameter with a step difference surface 57 abutting on the flange 34 on the root side of a shaft part 55 is formed. The elastic members 61 and 62 are interposed between the installation part 42 of the brake rotor 40 sand a seat surface 53 of the bolt 50 on the periphery of the base shaft part 56.
