PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hose connecting device excellent in component management and enabling smooth connection work of hose and piping. SOLUTION: A first and a second tab 4, 5 erect at both sides of a hose clamp and a supporter S1 holds the hose clamp HC in an expanded diameter state under a condition where both of the tabs 4, 5 project out. The supporter S1 is provided with a holder installation part 26 installing one end side of the holder HO, the holder HO is formed in a cantilever shape with a fulcrum set on the installation section, and another side is used as an operation part 31 for operating and displacing a locking part 7. Although a width expansion part 30 is formed on a tip of the locking part 7 and is locked with a lock hole 8 of the first tab 4 to keep the hose clamp HC under the expanded diameter state, the hose clamp HC is released from the expanded diameter state and is shifted to a contracted diameter state in which the connection section of the hose H and piping P can be fasted since the width expansion part 30 moves to a wide release hole 9 side when the operation part 31 is pushed down.
