The ramp has a retaining frame (1) combined with a vertically arranged frame sheet (6). The frame is pivotable around a vertical column (2) arranged in an interior of an rail vehicle (8) i.e. car, at an angle of 180 degrees. The frame sheet is fastened to another vertical column (3) at an angle of 0 or 180 degrees, in a lower ramp area based on a pivot position of the retaining frame over a joint (7) at an angle of plus 90 degrees or minus 90 degrees in a door area. The frame sheet is stored on a platform around a horizontal pivot axis (10).
