The method involves contrastive processing of a prosthetic part (5) machined from a circular blank (1) such that it remains fastened on the residual circular blank by multiple holding or connecting links (2,3). The prosthetic part is detached from the circular blank by separating the holding or connecting links that is mechanically separated and then the residual holding or connecting links are manually separated. The metal, particularly non iron metal or titanium is used as blank material.
