A signal electrode (11A) and a grounding electrode (11B) are arranged on a surface of a case (10). Since the signal electrode (11A) and the grounding electrode (11B) are not brought into contact with electronic components such as a transmission circuit (21) arranged inside the case (10), an electric field (EC) induced by an electric field transmission medium is prevented from reducing. Since a distance between the signal electrode (11A) and the grounding electrode (11B) is kept, the electric field (EC) induced by the electric field transmission medium is prevented from reducing. Furthermore, as adhesiveness between the signal electrode (11A) and the electric field transmission medium is improved, the electric field (Ec) induced by the electric field transmission medium can be increased.
