<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acidic oil-in-water emulsified oil-and-fat composition the surface of which is glossy and which has easy-to-handle physical properties and favorably sharped acidity, in particular, provide a low-oil acidic oil-in-water emulsified oil-and-fat composition whose acidity is suppressed in intensity and has sharpness. <P>SOLUTION: The acidic oil-in-water emulsified oil-and-fat composition contains a thickening stabilizer, milk-whey minerals and an acidulant.
