<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility maintenance management system for easily and accurately managing necessity of repair and remaining life of a facility to be managed. <P>SOLUTION: This facility maintenance management system is provided with: a facility DB 11 in which information on each facility to be managed is stored; a specification DB10 in which the specifications of each facility are stored with the version of the specifications and lifetime specifications; a history DB 12 in which information on the new installment and maintenance of each facility is stored along with the version of specifications and result data at the new installment or the maintenance. The latest versions for the facility stored in the specification DB10 and the history DB12 are compared so that the necessity to repair the facility can be decided by a repair necessity decision means 32, and the remaining life corresponding to the latest result data of the facility of the history DB 12 is calculated on the basis of the lifetime specifications of the facility of the specification DB 10 by a remaining life calculation means 33, and those decision results and the remaining life are displayed on a display means 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
