<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform highly accurate machining by dispensing with a conventional turning table and enhancing rigidity to support a workpiece by comparatively reducing the distance from an upper surface of a mounted main body part 1 up to a workpiece machining position by a tool of a rotary main shaft 17. <P>SOLUTION: Feed bases 30a and 30b are independently and movably guided to each of a pair of guide tracks 28a and 28b passing each of two positions away in the X-axis direction of the mounted main body part 1 to have a Z-axis direction orthogonal to a X-axis direction. A support feed turning output member 25 is attached in a bridging shape between the feed bases 30a and 30b of each of the guide tracks 28a and 28b. The one feed base 30a and the support feed turning output member 25 are relatively rotatably connected around a Y-axis direction line orthogonal to both of the X-axis direction and the Z-axis direction. The other feed base 30b and the support feed turning output member 25 are relatively rotatable around the Y-axis direction line and are connected to be relatively displaced in a specified direction related to the positions of both of the feed bases 30a and 30b.
