PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve security when a communication terminal uses a service via a network. SOLUTION: This authentication server 10 has: a storage part 12 associating and storing a telephone number, a production number, and first to third passwords; a decision part 13 deciding whether the telephone number and the production number transmitted from a cellphone 30, and the telephone number and the production number stored in the storage part 12 accord or not; a determination part 14 determining that one password among the first to third passwords is requested to the cellphone 30 based on a decided accordance degree of the telephone number and the production number; a transmission part 15 requesting the determined password from the cellphone 30; and a consent part 16 deciding whether the password transmitted from the cellphone 30 according to the request and the requested password accord or not, and consenting to use the service by the cellphone 30 when the passwords accord.
