PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose even a waste developer container which is a blow molding in an image forming apparatus with high precision. SOLUTION: When the waste developer container 10 is fitted in the image forming apparatus, two projection portions on the side of the image forming apparatus are elastically fitted in recessed portions 8 and 9. In this case, even if the waste toner container 10 deforms because of size precision, aging, an environment, etc., the deformation is absorbed by a deformation portion 6, so waste developer recovery holes 2 and 3 can be aligned with waste developer feed holes of an intermediate transfer body and a cleaner of the image forming apparatus respectively, so that no waste developer leaks. Further, a set sensor 5 detects the waste developer being correctly fitted. Thus, the waste toner container 10 is fitted while having the deformation portion 6 in a deformable state, and can be accurately disposed in the image forming apparatus.
