PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine for executing fully interesting and fun variable display. SOLUTION: After symbols tentatively stop-displayed at respective variable display parts 5L, 5C and 5R are vibrated ((a)), a decoration character is changed from A to B, also the form of the respective variable display parts is changed from (a) to b, re-variation is started ((b)), and a display result is derived again ((c)). Then, after a symbol "A" inside the variable display part 5C is flicked away ((d)), different symbols are successively derived inside the variable display part 5C matched with the swing in the vertical direction of the variable display part 5C ((e)), and the display result is established ((f)).
