<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce authentication information to be used for card authentication stored in an IC chip equipped with tamper resistance; to reduce the costs of a security card; and to safely communicate user data stored in a server by making it difficult for a third person to impersonate a user even when the authentication information stored in the security card or the server is read. <P>SOLUTION: A server includes: a card authentication information compounding means for compounding a card side authentication information tally with a server side card authentication information tally; a server side authentication information generation means for collating the compounded card authentication information with preliminarily stored card authentication information; and a server side biological information tally transmission means for transmitting the server side biological information tally on the basis of the collation result. A security card includes: a biological authentication information compounding means for compounding the card authentication information with the card side biological authentication information tally; a card side authentication information generation means for generating the card side authentication information by collating the compounded biological authentication information with preliminarily stored biological authentication information; and a card side authentication information transmission means for transmitting the generated card side authentication information generated on the basis of the collation result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
