<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve an issue that two or more images cannot be observed while comparing them. <P>SOLUTION: By an image output device which has an image storage in which a first image and a second image may be stored, an instruction receiving section which receives an output instruction which is an instruction which outputs the first image and the second image, and receives an operation instruction which is an instruction for operation to either the first image or the second image; an image output section which reads out the first image and the second image from the image storage and outputs them to each different window when the instruction receiving section receives the output instruction; and an image operation section which performs the same operation to both the first image and the second image when the instruction receiving section receives the operation instruction to either one of images of the first image and the second image, and performs operation corresponding to the operation instruction.
