<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closure for connecting an optical cable for branching the optical fiber cable (optical cable hereafter) for a communication line wired indoors and outdoors of a building etc. with which core wire storage having characteristics of optical communication can be performed while maintaining the minimum tolerable curvature, then, work of the core wire storage operation and a connection operation of the optical cable can be simplified thereby cable arrangement processing after connection with a terminal for optical communication can be safely and easily performed. <P>SOLUTION: In the closure which performs branching, drawing, connection, etc. of the cable, a storage tray 10 having a plurality of connection part holders 8 which hold optical cable connection parts 7 to which the respective edge of a drop optical cable b are mutually connected and a plurality of drop cable core wire marginal length storage pocket 9 is equipped at a space c on the rear surface of the storage tray 10 in an optical cable storage case 5 and a storage sheet 11 for storing core wire excess length is attachably/detachably arranged in the drop optical cable core wire marginal length storage pocket 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
