PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pentacene compound having high carrier mobility and excellent solubility in an organic solvent, an organic semiconductor thin film composed of the pentacene compound, an organic semiconductor element having the organic semiconductor thin film and a transistor.
