PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a need for the difficult processing of forming a squeezed portion in a bending piece and prevent the strength of the bending piece from lowering in providing a mechanism accurately guiding an operating wire in a bent tube. SOLUTION: The operating wire 20 is inserted into a contact coil 21 in a bent tube portion 1b from a flexible tube portion 1c, the contact coil 21 becomes a fixed portion 23 at the position of the bent piece 10b at the base end position of the bent tube portion 1b, and becomes a contact coil extends 21a in an unfixed condition in the bent tube portion 1b from the fixed portion 23, the region between the fixed portion 9 and the fixed portion 23 is a remote control cable to transmit a push and pull amount when the operating wire 20 is operated, the contact coil extends 21a extended from the fixed portion 23 on the tip side functions as a positioning guide means to hold the operating wire 20 so as to prevent the wire from circumferentially dislocating.
