摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structure a small and cost-effective connection portion that is hardly affected by such environment as dust and oily smoke and that can transmit and receive signals surely in charging electric power into an automatic transport vehicle and in transmitting and receiving electrical signals. SOLUTION: A power line carrier communication unit is provided at a connection portion for charging at the automatic transport vehicle side and a power line is connected. An electrical signal line of the power line carrier communication unit is connected to a controller of the automatic transport vehicle. Another power line carrier communication unit is provided at a connection portion for charging at the machine side and a power source portion is connected, and an electrical signal line of the power line carrier communication unit is connected to the controller at the machine side. At predetermined stations, the vehicle is charged by coupling the connection portion for charging at the automatic transport vehicle side with the connection portion for charging at the machine side. Also, the electrical signals are superimposed on electric power for charging through the connection portions for charging to perform power line carrier communications.
