PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manufacture an organic EL light-emitting device which has a plurality of divided light emitting segments connected in series without individually painting organic EL light emitting layers using a vapor-deposition mask. SOLUTION: Conductor parts 5 are formed on first and second electrodes 2b and 2c at boundary parts of adjacent light emitting segments a, b, and c respectively, and organic EL light emitting layers 3a to 3c and second electrodes 4a to 4c are laminated on first electrodes 2a to 2c respectively. The conductor parts 5 function to electrically connect first and second electrodes of adjacent light emitting segments, and consequently the respective light emitting segments are connected in series.
