PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state electrolytic capacitor which can increase the capacity while exhibiting high heat resistance. SOLUTION: In a solid-state electrolytic capacitor including a capacitor element having an anode and a cathode forming a dielectric film, the anode and cathode forming a dielectric film are wound through a separator to form a capacitor element. Solid electrolyte such as conductive polymer or TCNQ complex salt is formed between the anode and cathode and a multilayer carbon nanotube is formed on the surface of the cathode of the capacitor element by chemical vapor deposition.
