PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive motor with a speed reduction mechanism capable of surely preventing generation of a thrust load and generation of an abnormal sound to an output gear having internal teeth with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This motor 10 with the speed reduction mechanism has a motor shaft 12 of exposing a pair of worms 3 and 13' formed in a gear case 11 by mutually setting the torsional direction of a screw in the inverse direction, a pair of counter gears 40 and 40 having a large diameter gear 41 opposed by sandwiching the motor shaft 12 and meshing with a pair of worms 13 and 13' of the motor shaft 12 and an integrally rotating small diameter gear 45 concentric with the large diameter gear, an output gear 50 having a tooth part 53 meshed with the small diameter gear of the respective counter gears, and an output shaft 55 fixed to the center of the output gear. An under surface 52a of the internal teeth 52 of the output gear 50 is brought into contact with an upper surface 41a of the large diameter gear 41 of the respective counter gears 40, and thrust component force in the axial direction of the respective counter gears 40 is received by the under surface 52a of the internal teeth 52.
