PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply quantity control device or the like for providing a combination faucet which can be comfortably used in a wide water delivery quantity range. SOLUTION: This supply flow quantity control device (supply flow quantity control valve device 10) is provided in a primary side of a temperature adjusting mechanism part and controls flow quantities of hot water and water supplied to the temperature adjusting mechanism part in a combined faucet S provided with the temperature adjusting mechanism part (temperature adjusting valve device 30) capable of mixing and delivering hot water and water, and a water delivery and stop mechanism part (water delivery and stop valve device 50) provided in a secondary side of the temperature adjusting mechanism part and selecting delivery and stop of hot water delivered from the temperature adjusting mechanism part. The device can executes supply flow quantity increase control simultaneously increasing flow quantities of hot water and water supplied to the temperature adjusting mechanism part and supply flow quantity decrease control simultaneously decreasing flow quantities of hot water and water supplied to the temperature adjusting mechanism.
