PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of provision of a connection for energy transmission between a plurality of members constituting a housing in order to supply the energy to a heating means. SOLUTION: The PCV valve 1 is provided with a housing 3 comprising a main housing 4 and a sub-housing 5 to constitute gas ducts 4d, 5c; a valve element 10 which is held in the housing 3 in order to operate gas-flow regulation; and an electric heater 6 for heating at least the valve element 10. The main housing 4 and the sub-housing 5 constituting the housing 3 make up a part of the gas ducts 4d, 5c. An electric heater 6 is held in the main housing 4, which includes connection terminals 23 and a connector 4a to supply electricity to the electric heater 6. The main housing 4 includes a part from an inlet 4e for conducting blowby gas to the gas duct 4d to a gas-flow rate regulation part 13 operated by the valve element 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
