PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of increasing the response speed of a valve member. SOLUTION: The fuel injection valve 1 comprises: a main body having an injection port 22, and a pressure chamber 8 accumulating fuel which can be pressurized; pressurizing means 61, 62 each pressurizing the fuel of the pressure chamber 8; and the valve member 4 which has a valve element 41 housed in the main body to be reciprocable to open and close the injection port 22, and a pressure receiving part 42 receiving the fuel pressure of the pressure chamber 8, and in which the valve element 41 is moved in a direction opening the valve port 22 when the fuel pressurized by the pressing means 61, 62 acts on the pressure receiving part 42.
