PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of enhancing the durability of a bead part when a steel reinforcing part is provided on the bead part. SOLUTION: An organic fiber reinforcing layer 40 is arranged between a steel reinforcing layer 30 and a carcass layer 20 in a bead part 10. In a portion having the organic fiber reinforcing layer 40, the carcass layer 20 is not directly brought into contact with the steel reinforcing layer 30, and even when the angle of the steel reinforcing layer 30 is changed and the angle of a steel cord forming the steel reinforcing layer 30 is changed, any angular change in the carcass cord can be suppressed. Thus, any non-uniform carcass turn-up height TH can be suppressed, and the carcass turn-up height TH can be arbitrarily set, and the height in which any failure such as separation hardly occurs can be realized.
