PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a rubber crawler belt capable of restraining vibrations transmitted to a self-traveling machine and the like via a ground wheel by arrangement of lateral lugs of a rubber crawler belt, and improving riding comfort of a working vehicle and the like mounting the rubber crawler belt. SOLUTION: In this rubber crawler belt 1, a plurality of lateral lugs 3 elongated rightward and leftward are formed in a belt peripheral direction of a rubber crawler belt body 2. Vertical lugs 4 arranged along a direction crossing with the lateral lugs 3 are provided to the rubber crawler belt body 2 between the adjacent lateral lugs 3 in the belt peripheral direction.
