PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a take-up device for taking up the protruded part, which is protruded axially outside of a bead core when a green tire is molded, around a main body part. SOLUTION: The take-up device of a tire member includes the slide member 7 provided to the outside of a bead core holding device 3 to be moved axially, a plurality of circumferentially separated oscillation arms 8 including the arm main body 8A which extends axially along a tire by passing the inner peripheral surface side of the protruded part 21 and keeps one end pivotally mounted on the slide member 7 in a shakable manner and the roller 8B pivotally mounted on the other end of the arm main body 8A and provided so as to be spaced apart from each other and the buffer sheet 9 comprising an elastic material continuously extended between the protruded part 21 and the oscillation arms 8 in the peripheral direction of the tire to prevent the direct contact of both members. The buffer sheet 9 is wound around the roller 8B moved from the inside in a radial direction to the outside along the main body part 20 to be expanded in diameter and the protruded part 21 is taken up through the buffer sheet 9.
