PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide safe management equipment which can simply prevent mold from growing on documents and the like, housed in a safe. SOLUTION: This safe management equipment 1 is equipped with a room 3 in which the safe 2 is installed and the temperature of which is regulated. The safe 2 is provided with an openable/closable door 22, a storage section 23; room communication passages 24 and 24' which communicate with the storage section 23 and the room 3, an external communication passage 25 which communicates with the storage section 23 and the outside, a passage 7 which communicates with the communication passage 25 and the outside 3B or inside 3A of the room 3 and a fan 8 which makes temperature-regulated air in the room 3 sucked into the passage 7. The operation of the fan 8 is operated to feed the temperature-regulated air on the inside 3A of the room 3 to the storage section 23 of the safe 2, the external communication passage 25, the passage 7, and the outside 3B of the room 3 via the room communication passages 24 and 24'.
