PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation structural body to be constructed by using concrete, shortening a term of construction, and simplifying processes. SOLUTION: This foundation structural body for facility is arranged in a place for installing predetermined facility to support the facility. This foundation structural body has a pair of base members arranged substantially in parallel at a predetermined interval in the place for installing the predetermined facility and a horizontal connection member having fitting recessed parts fitted into upper faces of the base members in both end parts.
