PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic pole with high durability, which is erected on a ground surface, and which comprises an outer member made of a rubber and formed like a cylinder with a through-hole penetrating from an upper end to a lower one, an inner member made of a resin and inserted into the outer member in an unbonded state, and a head member attached to an upper end of the outer member. SOLUTION: This elastic pole 10, which is erected on the ground surface, comprises the outer member 11 made of the rubber and formed like the cylinder with the through-hole penetrating from the upper end to the lower one, the inner member 12 made of the resin and inserted into the outer member 11 in the unbonded state, and the head member 13 attached to the upper end of the outer member 11.
