PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a horizontal force dispersing bearing, exhibiting excellent damping capacity in spite of the use of natural rubber and excellent damping capacity having excellent stability independent of temperature, and to provide a rubber bearing suitable for a structure for the horizontal force dispersing bearing, exhibiting highly stable damping capacity with little temperature dependency without using a lead plug, etc. , and having balanced cost and damping performance. SOLUTION: The rubber composition for the horizontal force dispersing bearing is composed mainly of natural rubber and added with 30-80 pts.mass (based on 100 pts.mass of the rubber component) of a carbon black having a nitrogen-adsorption specific surface area (N<SB>2</SB>SA) of 100-140 m<SP>2</SP>/g, a CTAB adsorption specific surface area (CTAB) of 100-130 m<SP>2</SP>/g, a DBP absorption of 90-120 ml/100 g andΔDBP (24M4DBP-DBP) of 10-30 cm<SP>3</SP>/100 g.
