PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-component urethane resin composition which does not require any top coat, is excellent in weather resistance, shelf stability and curability, is capable of yielding a cured product excellent in tensile strength, tearing strength and elongation and enables easy control of its flowability, and to provide a two-component urethane resin composition capable of yielding a cured product (cured film) showing substantially stable physical properties, even when the compounding ratio of first and second components is considerably changed, considering the environmental atmosphere, workability or coating thickness. SOLUTION: The two-component urethane resin composition comprises the first component comprising a urethane polyoxazolidine compound and a urethane prepolymer and the second component comprising water, provided that the urethane polyoxazolidine compound is obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate with an N-hydroxyalkyloxazolidine.
