PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in fluidity, transparency, impact resistance, wet-heat resistance, and residence heat stability and to provide a resin molding comprising the same. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. total of 1-99 pts.wt. aromatic polycarbonate resin and 1-99 pts.wt. alicyclic polyester resin and 0.1-30 pts.wt. epoxidized diene-based block copolymer. In one desirable embodiment, the resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. total of the aromatic polycarbonate resin, the alicyclic polyester resin, and the epoxidized diene-based block copolymer, 0.001-5 pts.wt. specified organophosphoric acid ester metal salt and 0.001-1 pt.wt. specified phosphorus compound.
