PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition having an excellent transparency, hue, flowability, impact resistance, moist heat resistance, residence heat stability and light resistance in good balance. SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of the total of 1-99 pts.wt. of an aromatic polycarbonate resin and 1-99 pts.wt. of an alicyclic polyester resin, 0.001-1 pt.wt. of a specific organophosphate ester compound and 0.01-5 pts.wt. of an organic ultraviolet light absorber containing no phenolic OH groups.
