摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply an inner peripheral surface treatment to a cylindrical object to be treated with a horn for high-frequency oscillation under normal attitude by bending a jet including cavitation bubbles to the direction substantially perpendicular to the direction of the jet or in an angle near that direction by a guide member. SOLUTION: With at least the inner peripheral surface side of the hole of the object 20 to be treated filled with a liquid, the end of the horn 15 is inserted into the one end opening of the hole 29 of the object at an interval for flowing the liquid. A jet guide member 55 is inserted into the other end opening of the hole of the object, and the horn is opposed to the jet guide member. The jet f including cavitation bubbles generated by the high-frequency oscillation of the horn is guided by the jet guide member, and changes its direction to the direction toward the inner peripheral surface of the hole of the object.
