The training device has two handles or arms. Arm scarves (1) or pedals or foot scarves (2) are provided for receiving the feet, which are connected on a rotary support operating device (3) and are supported to rotate around mandrel (4) parallel to rotating axis of the operating device. The operating device is also rotated by motor and is formed as compact training module, which is connected with vertical support arm (5) on a base frame.
