<p>Disclosed herein is a hot/cold pack, structured to show excellent thermal insulation properties, for fomenting part of the body. The hot/cold pack comprise a cover, having a close structure to form an inner space, with an opening/closing means provided thereto, and dried fruit stones, charged in the inner space. Also, the cover structured to restrict heat transfer between the fillers and the environment ensures a long period of hot/cold fomentation for the hot/cold pack. Ad¬ ditionally, stones of fruits ensure not only excellent fomenting ability due to the high heat retention thereof, but also pleasant fragrances during fomentation, thus effectively soothing the user.</p> |
