<p>A wireless communication method for a multicast/broadcast service in a wireless network and a wireless communication base station are provided to use radio resources effectively by adaptively coping with a radio channel environment. An MCS(Modulation and Coding Scheme) level is determined based on the lowermost one of SINR values transmitted from MSs(Mobile Stations), and the first data frame of a multicast/broadcast service is transmitted(S2,S4). It is checked whether or not there is a multicast/broadcast data frame to be transmitted next(S6). If there is a multicast/broadcast data frame to be transmitted next, it is checked whether a NACK message is received from the MSs(S8). If the NACK message is not received, the MCS level is adjusted to be up by one level and determined, the multicast/broadcast data frame is transmitted(S10). If one or more NACK messages are received, the MCS level is determined based on the lowermost one of SINR values of MSs at the time point, and the multicast/broadcast data frame is re-transmitted based on the MCS level(S12).</p> |
