<p>A thin film transistor and an organic light emitting display device with the same are provided to obtain a thin film transistor having offset resistance of a constant length irrespective of alignment error and deflection. A thin film transistor includes a semiconductor, an input electrode, an output electrode, an insulation electrode, and a control electrode. The semiconductor has first to fifth electrode regions arranged in a same direction and spaced from each other, and first to fourth offset regions disposed between the first to fifth electrode regions. The input electrode is electrically connected to the third electrode region. The output electrode is electrically connected to the first and fifth electrode regions. The insulation layer is formed on the semiconductor. The control electrode is formed on the insulation layer, and is positioned on the second and fourth electrode regions. A plurality of resistive contact members are disposed between the semiconductor and the input and output electrodes.</p> |
