<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic paper having touch-in property and capable of storing data touched in. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic paper 10 includes a first display layer 41 and a second display layer 42 laminated in order from below on a support 31. The first display layer 41 is driven based on image data to display a first image according to the image data. A touch screen sheet 36 for detecting handwriting input to a display screen is provided above the second display layer 43, and a second image according to the handwriting is displayed on the second display layer 42.
