<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored composition for a color filter excellent in fluidity and heat resistance after film formation, and a color filter excellent in heat resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The colored composition for a color filter comprises: an acid group-containing thermosetting resin obtained by reacting a polyisocyanate (a1) having three or more isocyanate groups, a monohydric alcohol (a2) having a thermosetting functional group and an acid group-containing polyol (a3) as raw materials; at least one basic group-containing derivative selected from the group consisting of a pigment derivative, a triazine derivative, an anthraquinone derivative and an acridone derivative each having a specific basic group; a pigment; and a monomer-containing pigment carrier.
