<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication method, a radio base station, and an upper node which can reduce a delay at a time of handover. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile communication method has a process A in which the upper node and the radio base station of a handover origin keep setting the information of an access bearer which is established between the upper node and the radio base station of the handover origin, and the radio base station of the handover origin notifies the setting information of an access bearer to the radio base station of the handover destination; a process B in which the radio base station of the handover destination stores the setting information of the access bearer notified from the radio base station of the handover origin; and a process C in which the upper node establishes the access bearer with the radio station of the handover destination using the stored setting information of the access bearer without performing the reassignment processing of the setting information of a new access bearer for a route switching request from the radio base station of the handover destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
