STATION SERVICE SYSTEM AND STATION SERVICE PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a station service system for coping with a non-magnetic ticket and a traffic system IC card.

SOLUTION: The station service system includes a station service equipment side system and a control room side system. The station service equipment side system is provided with a reading means for reading the face of a boarding ticket, and a reader/writer means for reading/writing data from/in a storage medium. The control room side system is provided with: a first display control means for displaying a picture including the face read by the reading means; a first transmission control means for transmitting the fare adjustment sum information of the boarding ticket to the station service equipment of the station service equipment side system in response to a user operation through the picture; a second display control means for displaying the picture including the traffic system data read from the storage medium by the reader/writer means; and a second transmission control means for transmitting the write-in instruction of the data in the storage medium to the reader/writer means in response to the user operation through the picture.
