PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light pen with a function of a click button for a mouse.

SOLUTION: An optional position on a projector screen 60 is specified with irradiation of a laser beam by the light pen 30. A fixed duration of specification at the same position is detected based on a photographing image of a light receiving device 40 by a personal computer 10. After the lapse of fixed time, a flag signal of on state corresponding to the click button operation of the mouse is generated in the personal computer 10.
