PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install without trouble an illumination fixture of a standard specification in a special room in which indoor environment is maintained in a special condition. SOLUTION: The illumination fixture 3 consists of the fixture main body 4 comprised by housing a light source lamp 6 in a cabinet 7, and a light guide light-emitting body 5 attached to the fixture main body. The fixture main body is installed outside a partition plate 2, an opening part 11 is formed in the partition plate, the light guide light-emitting body is attached to the fixture main body through the opening part, and a gap between the opening part and the light guide light-emitting body is sealed by a sealing material 12. As the light guide light-emitting body, a resin molding plate having translucency such as a thick-walled transparent acrylate plate is used, and a notched part 10 for scattering an illumination light light-guided into a desired place of the surface may be formed.
