PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force control device for a vehicle capable of maximally making compatible the restraint of a busy shift feeling and the effect of control, when performing shift control based on a travel environment parameter. SOLUTION: This driving force control device for the vehicle performs the shift control based on the travel environment parameter, and further permits the shift control to the gear ratio different from the gear ratio by the performing shift control (S7), when detecting operation of a driver (S8-Y), when performing the shift control (S5-Y).
