PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an offset correction circuit with a signal retention function, capable of maintaining the charging voltage of a capacitor for a long time, without enlarging the electrostatic capacity of the capacitor or without generating an offset detection period frequently. SOLUTION: The offset correction circuit comprises a first switch SW21, a capacitor C10, an amplifier OP13, a fourth switch SW31, and a fifth switch SW32. A first signal retention circuit SH1 having a second switch SW41 and a first voltage supply circuit (OP31), and a second signal retention circuit SH2 having a third switch SW42 and a second voltage supply circuit (OP32), are added and connected to the offset correction circuit. Current generated in the signal retention circuits SH1 and SH2 acts to offset leakage current of the switches SW21 and SW32, which may cause fluctuation of the charging voltage of the capacitor C10.
