PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow regulating valve allowing the easy judgement of the valve full-open position. SOLUTION: The flow regulating valve 1 is equipped with a valve element 8 to abut to or separate from a valve seat 7, a movable member 11 installed rigidly to the valve element 8, a cover 4 where the movable member 11 is mounted slidably, a stroke adjusting rod 13 threaded to the cover 4 slidably and coupled with the movable member 11, and a differential screw arrangement consisting of a first screw 14 provided in the sliding parts of the cover 4 and stroke adjusting rod 13 and a second screw 15 provided in the coupling part of the movable member 11 with the stroke adjusting rod 13, wherein the stroke adjusting rod 13 is furnished with a first male screw 13b constituting the first screw 14 and a second male screw 13a constituting the second screw, and a protrusion 52 to protrude outward from the second male screw 13a is formed at that end part of the first male screw 13b which is located on the side with the second male screw 13a.
