PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary gear device enabling to restrict differential rotation. SOLUTION: The planetary gear device 1 comprises a housing 2 to be rotationally driven around a rotation axis L, an internal gear 4 and a sun gear 6 rotatably provided in th housing 2 with their axes corresponding to the rotation axis L, and a planetary gear 3 provided self-rotatably provided in the housing 2 for meshing with the internal gear 4 and the sun gear 6. An internal gear portion 41 of the internal gear 4, an external gear portion 62 of the sun gear 6, and the planetary gear 3 are each formed as a helical gear. On the internal gear 4, a spline hole portion 42 is formed which has the same gear specifications as those of the internal gear portion 41.
